This employment agreement applies only to principals in area schools who are members of either PPTA or NZEI TE Riu Roa.
It sets out the conditions of employment, salary rates and rights and entitlements for PPTA and NZEI principal members in area schools.
The ASPCA is negotiated jointly by PPTA and NZEI.
Personal grievances and disputes shall be addressed in accordance with the provisions of Part 9 of the Employment Relations Act 2000.
