The Area School Teachers’ Collective Agreement  sets out the conditions of employment, salary rates and rights and entitlements for PPTA members in Area schools.

Adult and Community Education (ACE) Staff in Schools’ Collective Agreement 2011-2013.  

(May 2011) The Area School Principals’ Collective Agreement sets out the conditions of employment, salary rates and rights and entitlements for PPTA principal members in area schools. The term of this agreement is 13 April 2011 – 1 September 2013.

(January 2013) The Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement (STCA) sets out the conditions of employment, salary rates and rights and entitlements for PPTA members in secondary schools, intermediates and technicraft centres. This collective agreement is effective from 16 January 2013 and it expires on 30 June 2015, except as provided for by section 53 of the Employment Relations Act 2000.

(May 2013)  Secondary School Principals’ Collective Agreement 2013 - 2016.   This agreement  sets out the conditions of employment, salary rates and rights and entitlements for principals who are PPTA members in State secondary schools, composite (Years 7-13) schools, junior and senior high schools  (including integrated schools).  The term of this agreement is from 8 April 2013 and shall expire on 31 March 2016.
