This is a guide to the provisions in Part 9 of the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement (STCA) and Part 8 of the Area School Teachers’ Collective Agreement (ASTCA). Members should read this guide in conjunction with Part 9 of the Employment Relations Act 2000.
