The Senior Positions Advisory Committee (SPAC) ensures representation for New Zealand Post Primary Teachers' Association / Te Wehengarua (PPTA) members who hold senior roles within secondary schools.  Senior Positions Advisory Committee (SPAC) 2009

 

SPAC Purpose statement:

To advocate to PPTA for the improvement of the professional and working conditions for senior managers in secondary and area schools

To share information between PPTA and its AP/DP members

Structure

Assistant principal (AP) and Deputy principal (DP) representatives from twelve areas around the country attend meetings each term.  SPAC’s current priorities include:  conditions, professional engagement, communication with members.
