Mahi Tika Three online registration form

Mahi Tika is a programme of paid professional development for all
PPTA members.
Courses are designed to be practical, and use a range of adult education
and active learning techniques. These include; case studies, collaborative
problem-solving, active research methods and discussion.

Mahi Tika Three

Two-day course

The Stage 3 course is challenging and builds on the previous two courses. Participants learn how to negotiate solutions to workplace issues by doing it.

This course assists members to:

  • Understand aspects of workplace structures, processes and decision-making that impact the employment relationship
  • Develop negotiation skills that support good-faith relationships within the workplace and enable members to work collaboratively to resolve workplace issues

All registrations close 2 weeks prior to the course to meet EREL requirements, however late registrations may be accepted

You must register for the course that is being held in your region

In addition to completing this online registration form, you will need to apply for leave from your employer and request that this is EREL if your Branch Chair has advised that this is appropriate.
