Educate the government!

A short survey.

The government wants to hear from you regarding education, and so is running "Kōrero Mātauranga" – a short survey that anyone can fill out. You have until October 31 to do so!

As per the Ministry of Education:

"Education should give every New Zealander the freedom and opportunity to be the best they can be. That’s the education system we want for the future. But to achieve it we need your help.

"Because education belongs to, and is about, all of us.

"That’s why we want all of you – children, young people, parents, teachers, employers, iwi, families and whānau – to have a conversation about building not just a better education system, but the world’s best."

You can fill out the Ministry's short survey here.

The questions are:

1. If you were the boss of education in New Zealand, what would you do first?

2. What does a successful student of the future look like to you?

3. What will they need to know and be able to do?

4. What things need to be in place to make sure every learner is successful?
