Concerns about burgeoning role sent to the Minister of Education

At the October 2025 meeting of the Middle Leaders’ Advisory Committee (MLAC), the members had big concerns about the increasing demands being placed on those in middle leadership positions at a time when curriculum and qualification reforms continue to be pushed through.
