The Area School Principals' Collective Agreement (ASPCA) sets out the conditions of employment, salary rates and rights and entitlements for PPTA Te Wehengarua and NZEI principal members in area schools.

The Area School Principals' Collective Agreement (ASPCA) is negotiated jointly by PPTA and NZEI. This agreement is effective from 18 December 2025 to 17 June 2028.
