Senior Positions Advisory Committee

The PPTA Te Wehengarua Senior Positions Advisory Committee meets up to three times a year. Members of the committee are elected on an area basis to monitor and advise on the conditions of employment of senior staff in schools.

There is a requirement to pay a meal allowance to staff when schools require attendance that delays return home for an evening meal (STCA clause 7.2 (d) or ASTCA 6.2.1 (d)).
