Application Process

All applications are treated in the strictest confidence

Members will complete the online application and submit the follow items as Evidence:

• Evidence of limited financial means – bank statement (eg savings).
• Copy of payslip showing deduction for industrial action.
• Simple break down demonstrating costs exceeding income.

It is not possible to claim the benefit in advance of industrial action that results in deductions from pay.
